Learning Outcomes
On completion of the course, the student will be able to:
·Explain the basic principles and applications of GPS technology for training.
·Identify and interpret the key GPS metrics that are relevant for your sport.
·Identify how GPS can be used for planning training, especially for the principles of training.
·Interpret GPS data from commonly used training methods, such as continuous, interval, MAS, and multi-sprint stamina training.
·Use GPS to identify who has and hasn’t reached 90% of their max speed.
·Analyse and visualise the GPS data using an interactive report dashboard.
