On completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Be better equipped to design, organise and implement practices while gaining an understanding and appreciation of interdisciplinary approaches
- Understand coaching and learning styles, and the relevance of matching behaviours
- Appreciate and understand athlete/player learning stages and prior learning
- Develop an understanding of creating the habit of reflection on coaching effectiveness
